In 1989, three former IKEA employees; including Edwin Gregorio, joined forces to form PEG Installations. The company’s name was inspired by the wooden dowels used in the majority of IKEA products. PEG was created to exclusively serve the needs of IKEA’s corporate and individual customer product assemblies.

In 1990, the company was incorporated and began to grow rapidly, diversifying its service and expertise to include IKEA kitchen installations. Through over a decade of growth with the IKEA organization, PEG has a proven and solid expertise in the very unique IKEA kitchen products, from the System 210 of the early 90’s, to the Faktum System of the mid 90’s, to the now popular Akurum System.

In 1997, PEG proudly became an IKEA Certified Kitchen Installer, certified through IKEA Headquarters in Philadelphia upon completion of training, craftsmanship tests and several workshops. The company has since further diversified its services to include full home and office remodeling, and proudly became a Licensed Renovator and a member of the Toronto Construction Association.

PEG is owned and operated by Edwin Gregorio (its original founder) together with his siblings Allan Gregorio and Myra Gregorio-McAulay. Together they lead a team that consists of a centralized customer service operation, senior technical managers and a group of highly skilled trades and professional installers.
